Second Annual "Head to Head" Beer Battle Dinner

THURSDAY, MARCH 27th 6:00PM - $85 PER PERSON (+ TAX & GRATUITY)

Chandler’s Chef de Cuisine, Tommy Elg will host an introductory presentation on Beer & Food Pairings. Four courses, paired with each breweries’ best choice will be served "head to head", and after each course, guests will vote on their favorite brew pairing, to crown the final winner of The Second Annual Beer Battle Dinner at Chandler’s. Don't miss this craft beer clash between Encinitas' Duckfoot Brewing and Oceanside's South O Brewery.

FIRST COURSE - LUMP CRAB & AVOCADO TARTAR 

Hot house cucumbers, wasabi caviar, yellow pear tomato vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE - GRILLED DEEPSEA JUST CAUGHT FISH TACO

  Mango salsa, micro cilantro lime crème, pickled garden onions and ninja radish

MAIN COURSE - BEER BRAISED SHORT RIBS

Roasted heirloom fingerling potatoes, parsnips, toy carrots, amber lager jus.

DESSERT - DARK CHOCOLATE TART

Cocoa Nibs, Salted Caramel, Honeycomb Crumble, Whipped Creme Fraiche
